As part of the dynamic department, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Support to the definition of the Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) management concepts, with focus on support to operational sites:
- Verification of proper implementation of the European space programme components Ground Segment ILS services requirements baseline;
- Analysis and support to the management of export control, taxes and customs aspects related to the deployment of EU assets out of EU (e.g. EGNOS RIMS stations);
- Analysis and support to the Packaging, Health, Safety and Transport aspects of EU equipment field deployment
- Support to supervision of the implementation of the activities at the ILS centre;
- Support to the definition of the asset management strategy, and review of the asset deployment plan and inventory in relation to sites deployment.
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- Master’s in aerospace engineering or a relevant discipline;
- 4 years of experience in ILS management concepts;
- Customer focus mentality;
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
