We’re looking for an Insurance Manager to take charge of our live programs across the EU. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where strategic thinking meets execution. Partner & Stakeholder Management ·      Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners. ·      Handle partner queries, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), renewals, and upsell opportunities. ·      Provide training for internal and external stakeholders. ·      Act as the go-to person for complex issues related to bugs, operations, claims, complaints, and product inquiries. ·      Onboard new partners onto existing products. 2. Product Monitoring & Continuous Improvement ·      Regularly review products and processes to ensure compliance and competitiveness. ·      Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance. ·      Fine-tune insurance products for a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency. 3. Governance & Risk Carrier Coordination ·      Be the primary contact for risk carriers, handling escalations & QBR input. ·      Coordinate & support external audits with internal teams. ·      Analyze program performance with a data-driven approach:   Loss ratio trends, Claims analysis, Customer feedback & complaints, Underwriting flow & regulatory compliance 4. Quality & Distribution Strategy Support ·      Conduct quality checks on landing pages, partner websites, underwriting flows & customer journeys. ·      Monitor claims processes & partner performance. ·      Work with insurance experts to optimize our distribution strategy for growth.   This role is all about making an impact—driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and optimizing product performance in an exciting insurtech environment. What you bring to the table ·      Experience & Expertise: 3-5 years as an insurance product expert, manager, or underwriter, preferably in Mobility/Motor insurance and/or in Travel, Purchase protection, Refund/Delivery protection, Ticket cancellation, Fraudulent use, shipping insurance products.. ·      Education: Bachelor’s in Insurance or Master’s in Law. ·      Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of IDD & insurance law (knowledge beyond Belgian regulations is a plus). ·      International Exposure: Experience working across different markets is a plus. ·      Skills & Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and able to work autonomously. ·      Organization & Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects efficiently. ·      Languages: Fluent in English + Dutch or French (bonus points for additional languages).
