Job Summary:
- Instructional Designing/Storyboarding
- Camtasia Video Editing
- Instructional design and training theories
- Microsoft 365 software (Word, PowerPoint etc.).
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 Accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of learning evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Agile Principals
- Assess and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve training materials.
- Conduct training sessions using various methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, webinars, and other training events to enhance participants' skills and knowledge.
- Adapt training delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles and needs.
- Design creative, interactive learning materials such as eLearning modules, software simulations, assessments, and reference materials.
- Create engaging learning designs in partnership with colleagues, customers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Transform current learning material into effective and engaging digital content suitable for all types of learner audiences.
Good Communication Skills required.
