Position Summary
The Learning Business Partner will work closely with Healthmap’s business lines, to build a deep understanding of their strategies, identifying workforce performance gaps and opportunities for company growth. Learning Business Partners will drive employee performance deploying education, learning strategies, and interventions that support business goals. To succeed, Learning Business Partners will need to build strong relationships with a complex range of stakeholders, collaborating and challenging to ensure the best learning solutions are delivered.
Responsibilities
- Foster and develop relationships with business leaders to create alignment around business goals and learning needs
- Build a deep understanding of the assigned business area(s) – strategies, goals, challenges, skill gaps and root-cause identification to provide learning solutions to address the need
- Apply educational processes, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs for assigned line of business
- Ability to manage learning programs end to end with seamless execution
- Work with multiple stakeholders to execute learning strategies
- Conduct role-specific new hire orientation
- Maintain role-specific scheduling and completion within learning management system
- Create and execute remedial training as needed to support performance coaching
- Review current learning curriculum and learning activities and ensure alignment to current and future business needs. Where gaps exist, propose relevant learning solutions and work with necessary stakeholders to agree on the learning plan
- Collaborate with Enterprise Learning Team bringing organization-wide education deliverables and programs to life
- Other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required or four years of related work experience
- Advanced understanding of Adult Learning theory
- Proven ability to deploy engaging learning interventions leveraging the latest research and trends for modern, remote organizations
- 3 years of experience in developing and presenting training
- 3 years of experience with developing eLearning content through authoring tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite
Skills
- Self-starter that is capable of sourcing materials, references and information needed to support development of educational materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and Stream
- Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to target audience
- Strong relationship building skills, multitasking, prioritization, and solutions oriented
- Strong strategic thinking, critical thinking, analytical ability, verbal, and written communication skills to target audience
