- Develop a thorough understanding of our customer's Cloud products
- For specific product use-cases, modules and journeys, draft user training and adoption content
- Follow the principles of Instructional Design meticulously to ensure the drafted content will help a new user and an existing user achieve familiarity and mastery on the product journeys as quickly as possible
- Work with the Camtasia and Videate tool to create the user training videos and localize the content to Japanese
- Review videos with stakeholders, make corrections and changes as necessary
- Publish and maintain the content
- 4+ years strong experience in Instructional Design
- Native spoken and written proficiency in Japanese language and strong spoken and written English
- Strong experience in one or more of the below Video creation and editing tools:
Camtasia
Videate
Captivate
Adobe Premiere Pro
Synthesia
Animaker
- Experience in (CCaaS) Cloud Contact Center as a Service product
