In our Middle-Office department, you will be working within the Institutional Operations Services.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Answer and/or coordinate operational requests/issues for mainly institutional or AM clients coming from all client service desks (Institutional Business Headquarter, Institutional Business Zurich, and International Offices as Malta and Singapore).
- Support the on-boarding phase and improve the liaise with customers’ needs
- Support Back-Office teams in their relation with the front desks and ensure regular communication between them
- Develop relationships and client centricity
- Provide training and playbook
- Coordinate projects between the Software Engineering department and the Back Office teams.
- Coordinate transfer requests for large institutional clients and liaise with the Securities Specialist, Settlement team, Payments Team and Middle office.
- You have an experience in a Back-office Service
- You have a good knowledge in Cash and/or OST
- You are fluent in French and also have very good command of English
- You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
- You have the capacity to assume multiple tasks, work under stress, and adapt in a continuously changing environment
- You have a good communication, you are reliable and capable to prioritize
- You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and are generally interested in technical tools
