As an Installation Engineer - Electrical, your primary role will be to ensure that our installation process is of the highest quality. This involves identifying any potential issues that our installers may encounter and finding solutions to address them. Additionally, you will deliver input to develop new methods to make the process more efficient and reliable, such as creating detailed manuals in our app and writing informative guides.
What you will do:
Develop and implement best practices for installation, work preparation, and quality control, and ensure that all work meets the highest standards.
Develop our own group box / distribution board to replace existing groups at customer’s houses, including sourcing the materials needed to develop this.
Provide support to our installers by addressing any day-to-day issues and working with them to find effective solutions.
Provide input for training and manuals to new and existing colleagues to ensure that they are performing their work to the required standard.
Analyze the current processes and data related to the installations to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes.
Together with the team brainstorm ideas on how to improve our internal processes and help us grow.
