Our Installation Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations/services. They would be responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.
Core Role Responsibilities
Verifies contract details post-sale
Prepares initial labor and materials sheets to request project quote; prepares final sheets for installation crews
Manages timeliness and accuracy of vendor quotes; approves final quotes
Prepares pre-installation inspection forms; researches and resolves inspection delays
Determines necessity of ancillary project expenses
Ensure gross profit levels are maintained
Ensure reconciliations are done timely
Ensures accuracy of reported Installer compensation
Collects payments as necessary
Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
High school Diploma or GED
2+ year of similar administrative support experience
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
Customer-centric mindset
Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environment
Home Improvement/Home Services experience a plus
