The Role 

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced digital marketer ready to thrive in a client-facing role at the cutting edge of digital media. This position offers deep exposure to the world of consumer insights and digital strategy across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Partnering with our clients, the Insights Manager is responsible for identifying and delivering data-driven insights through brand measurement, thought leadership, and recommendations. You will play a key role in delivering value to our clients and media teams by applying our industry-leading proprietary tools and developing insights from both primary and third-party research.

We’re looking for individuals with the potential to become insight stars. A solid understanding of the total marketing process and the strategic role of insights, customer research, and media is required. You should be passionate about insights and experienced working in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment.

The successful candidate will be able to combine sharp analytical thinking, have a drive for uncovering data-orientated insights and push the boundaries with the way we do things.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering data-driven insights that have demonstrably impacted client business outcomes.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior client stakeholders.
  • A track record of using large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of the total marketing process and the strategic role of insights, customer research, and media.
  • Experience thinking outside the box, spotting areas for improvement, and driving innovation.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behaviour and how it can be leveraged to inform client strategies.
  • Basic understanding of cross-channel and cross-discipline marketing principles.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) is highly desired.
  • Proficiency with 2nd and 3rd party tools such as Google Ads, Business Manager, GWI, TGI, social listening platforms (e.g., Brandwatch), and SimilarWeb Pro.
  • Additional language skills are a plus, as we work with clients all over the world.
  • Familiarity with AI prompts and solutions for extracting insights from data and machine learning applications. Experience crafting prompts and incorporating AI into workflows is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or equivalent. The ability to tell a compelling story with data is crucial.
  • Experience synthesising insights from diverse data sources into a single, cohesive view and recommendation.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (creating presentations, sorting/filtering data, creating graphs and tables).
     

Preferred Criteria

  • Additional language skills are a plus. We have 28 languages represented in our London office and work with clients worldwide. 

Responsibilities

The kind of work you’ll be doing will vary day-to-day, but will include:

  • Leading client engagements, building strong relationships, and understanding their business challenges.
  • Developing and delivering compelling presentations that translate data insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Guide clients towards a digital-centric approach using intent, audience, and survey data.
  • Facilitating client workshops and brainstorming sessions to co-create innovative solutions.
  • Using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party insights and analytics tools to develop robust audience, content, media, and website recommendations.
  • Building strategic frameworks and roadmaps to guide clients towards achieving their business, marketing, and digital goals.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Lead and manage a team of insights analysts, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Identify team efficiency opportunities and work with the Insights Director to optimise processes and/or automate, particularly leveraging AI opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to scale and proposing additional projects that serve our clients' needs.
  • Developing best practice recommendations for our clients.
  • Challenging clients with innovative and digital-first solutions.
  • Researching and analysing client product portfolios, market strategies, and competitive landscapes.
  • Owning client deliveries from the outset, with increasing autonomy.
  • Presenting research analysis to internal and client teams.
  • Supporting the new business team with pitch development and winning new clients.
