About the role:

As an Insight Product Manager at Uswitch, you will lead the development of our market leading Insight Data product, developing the product to drive actionable insights for our partners. Your contributions will be vital for driving business impact and shaping the future growth of our partnerships, scaling the product to be a be indispensable to suppliers'

As the Insight Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall development of the product, from conception of new features, to launch and iteration. 

You will build and grow a cross functional team of engineers, designers and analysts  and collaborate closely with the wider team including commercial, stakeholders  and supplier partners.

What you’ll be working on: 

  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the Energy Insight Product, exploring internal group data and external market data to derive new insights for partners, making the product a key part of the daily management of the channel and increasing the dependency of the  tool with energy suppliers
  • Grow and lead a small cross functional team to further enrich the data and insight available through the Energy Insight product, through the planning, execution, and launch of new features and insights 
  • Participating in customer meetings alongside the commercial team to guide our supplier partners through the latest upgrades
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritise features, and establish clear success criteria, conducting market research and user interviews to identify opportunities, validate  ideas and get stakeholder buy in
  • Work closely with designers to create a best in class product and user-friendly interfaces 
  • Define key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of the product. Monitor product performance, gather feedback from users, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in B2B product management roles, a highly numerate candidate that enjoys turning data into meaningful and actionable insights
  • Energy expertise desirable but not mandatory 
  • Proven track record and passion for developing data products that drive business impact
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, presenting to all levels of seniority 
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, ensuring the highest value work gets prioritised and accomplished in a proactive and timely manner
