We’re looking for an Insight Analyst to drive the understanding and engagement with Antenna data by delivering best-in-class insights. In this role, you are closely partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing and your role will be to transform our data into useful, actionable insights. You will interface directly with our customers on the one hand and our internal product and commercial teams on the other. As an Insight Analyst, you will report into the VP of Operations. Antenna is remote-first and welcomes applicants from anywhere in the United States.
Showcase the advanced use cases of Antenna data and subscriber metrics by creating relevant, actionable insights. To do this, you will need to:
Be an expert in Antenna metrics and why it matters to the Subscription economy
Conduct in-depth data analysis to deliver relevant, timely, meaningful insights to customers and internal stakeholders
Use our proprietary interface to analyze subscribers by key cohorts such as service, distributor, plan, user cohort, etc.
Create effective and clear visualizations and dashboards to tell powerful stories with the data
Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver custom insights
Proactively stay on top of subscription trends, relevant events, emerging platforms, and other inputs that would drive interesting analyses
The expected compensation for this role is an annual salary range of $50,000 - $75,000. The final compensation will be determined after evaluating a candidate’s experience, skills, etc.
