Inside Services Sales Manager

Your Career

As an Inside Services Sales Manager, you will contribute to maximizing services revenues across your aligned area. This is an individual contributor non quota carrying role, supporting field services sales and delivery. The role will entail general business development activities to promote the value of PANW Services, along with ensuring all inbound requests for Services inclusion are met and delivered on-time back to the Account team and/o r customer.   You will support a large number of account teams.

Your Impact

  • Establish relationships with all aligned Sales teams
  • Manage all services quoting requirements and collaborate with multiple teams as required
  • Respond to services scoping and pricing requests 
  • Work in collaboration with cross functional teams to determine requirements, define level of effort, and agree deliverables 
  • Identify internal resources necessary to construct services solutions 
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for services support 
  • Deliver services proposals and quotes to  Account Teams and customers 
  • Ensure services recommendations are right sized based on scale and complexity
  • Review all Sales pipeline sources to maximize attach of services

Your Experience

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • 2+ years experience of inside sales
  • Good understanding of Services Lifecycles - Design Deploy Scale and Operate
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Solid organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, customers, and other departments
  • Practical knowledge of routing and switching products that will be installed adjacent to the Palo Alto Networks Security Operating Platform
  • Foundational knowledge of network security is desirable

The Team

Our Services Sales team is critical to our success and mission. The Services Sales team is pivotal in ensruring customers achieve their desired security outcomes from their Palo Alto investment.

As part of this team, you enable the customer’s success by ensuring the appropriate services are positioned and attached wherever possible. Your role is key to bridging the relationships between customers, partners, account teams, and delivery teams.  

As a member of the EMEAL Services Sales team, you will closely with local resources in LATAM and collaborate with team members across the theater
