Horace Mann is currently looking for an Inside Sales Trainer to join our team. The Inside Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering instructor-led training, virtual training, webinars, blended learning, and guided learning sessions to enhance both inside sales skills, proactive outbound sales techniques, as well as ensure high quality client and agent experience. This is a remote position with periodic travel required.
