The Role
- Build and manage a successful Inside Sales team responsible for exceeding sales performance metrics and working closely with local / regional leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Inside Sales Representatives
- Supervise and train salespeople on daily basis to ensure consistent growth in skills, competencies and product knowledge
- Ensure team members promote JobStreet as the customer's ideal recruitment partner
- Ensure call quality through frequent call monitoring and provide feedback to team for further improvement
- Strong in project management capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to analyse results and explore opportunities to improve sales motions, value proposition, sales enablement, processes, and programs
- Keeping abreast with product launches and trends to provide quality support to clients' enquiries
- Present sales revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Oversee Administrative Team to support sales team and facilitate sales processes in compliance with Quality Management
- Administering, planning and performing continuous improvement to support sales strategy and revenue growth.
- Escalate and support the floor on any domain related queries
The successful candidate will have
- A business degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in leading a corporate inside sales team of at least 3 team members.
- B2B inside sales/ acquisition (hunting) experience is a must.
- Ability to put up closure on issues quickly and results driven
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with strong time management, leadership, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into execution strategy
- Possess initiative, assertiveness in decision making and independent with the desire and ability to strive for excellence in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Exhibit a desire to achieve and be part of a team
- Positive attitude and mentality
