What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)                      
As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you will be a go-to contact for our sales team. Your primary role will be confirming sales appointments, performing quality control and assisting with other operational duties. You will also be a contact for our inside sales team to help with special requests and maintain leads and data in our CRM system.                       
Position Requirements:           
  • Customer service skills
  • Schedule flexibility (Shift start times may vary, occasional Friday afternoon or Saturday shift may be required)     
  • Ability to communicate in multiple formats (phone, email, chat etc.)      
  • Experience or willingness to work independently in a remote (work from home) setting

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in administrative/customer service-related fields or undergraduate degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, ADP 
  • Communication – Speaks clearly, listens and obtains clarification, and is empathetic
  • Strong written communication and composition skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Task Management – Works well-taking direction from different team members; Balances competing tasks efficiently with a positive attitude; Gathers and organizes information for analysis; Identifies problems and raises a flag in a timely manner
