Inside Sales Specialist

Duties include but are not limited to: 

Business Development (90%)
  • Prospecting
  • Proactive Outbound Activity
  • Create a professional and engaging first impression with our prospects and customers
  • Effectively research & set appointments for Field Sales Reps
  • Qualify potential leads through phone calls, emails and other methods
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in CRM and sheets
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting
  • Run initial discovery calls to identify customer requirements and expectations in order to make tailored product recommendations
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities with a predetermined set of inbound leads and outbound sales development activities
  • Day to day tasks Include:
  • Pre-call research and planning
  • Cold and warm calling
  • Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)
  • Update Sheets and CRM records
  • Work closely with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
Expectations
  • 1-2 Years in similar sales or development role required
  • Coachable, results driven and desire to meet and exceed outreach metrics
Qualifications
  • Associates; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in sales or business development preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Communicates effectively and exercises judgment in disclosing or withholding confidential information ∙ Proficiency in Google Drive, and CRM software
