- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other communication methods to generate sales leads across PAN India.
- He or she will do cold calling for Pan India database
- Effectively pitch ERP/CRM solutions like MS Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, etc., aligning product capabilities with client needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and offer the best solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations, answer client queries, and address concerns to close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to execute successful lead generation campaigns and refine sales pitches.
- Track and manage all sales activities in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records of interactions and deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- 3-5 years of experience in an Inside Sales Specialist role.
- Proven experience in selling ERP/CRM products such as MS Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, or similar (MS Dynamics preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing leads and sales processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in selling MS Dynamics products is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the India market and client base.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
