Fluidra’s looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing new leads to expand engagement and accelerate growth. The position’s key responsibility will be to target and support new sales opportunities through outbound cold and warm calls. This person will promote vital product information to pool professionals that will encourage product purchases. In addition, this person will promote available promotions and programs.
The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with the field sales and service teams to share vital information regarding the customer, which can vary from end-to-end closing or qualifying leads to setting a sales appointment for a specialist to close. To be successful in this position, the candidate should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Specialist should also be very competitive and a good listener. Additionally, you will:

Expected hourly rate range is $26.50 – $31.25/ hour. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, sales commission bonus, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
