Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – COM-Inside

An Inside Sales role responsible for covering a designated territory and managing Low-Mid Commercial accounts within that region.

Responsibilities:

  • Generates sales within the assigned territory, focusing on Low-Mid Commercial accounts.
  • Develops consultative sales strategies, aligning key business and technical benefits with customer requirements.
  • Drives new opportunities through partner deal registrations, lead generation lists, and active prospecting, including cold calling when necessary.
  • Coordinates sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business.
  • Maximizes coverage within the assigned region and expands penetration into key organizations with Veeam solutions.
  • Provides sales forecasts and opportunity reports as needed.
  • Ensures the achievement and surpassing of individual and team quotas, contributing to Veeam’s continued growth.
  • Meets face-to-face visit standards with customers and partners, requiring frequent travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Based in CDMX, Mexico
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales positions.
  • Experience in Inside Sales roles, preferably in technology and software.
  • 1-3 years of CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce and report management.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written) is mandatory.
  • Availability for intensive travel and face-to-face meetings with customers and partners.
