Inside Sales Representative (Japanese Speaking)

This role will see you assist new customers throughout their sales journey by introducing, demonstrating, and promoting all current and new TeamViewer products within the Japanese market.

You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients via phone and email, and converting these leads into sales opportunities. You can also expect to perform the following:

  • Provide online demos and webinars of TeamViewer to potential customers
  • Quote and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers
  • Process any written request from customers and potential customers using our CRM system
  • Promote cross and upselling activities with our existing customers

*Adelaide-based role: relocation support available

  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Sales or customer service background
  • Strong oral and written fluency in English and Japanese (able to use KEIGO)
  • Excellent problem solving, and the ability to offer solutions for individual customer needs
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows® and good general IT knowledge
  • Team oriented, with a health touch of competitiveness
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Contract location is Adelaide, Australia (relocation support available).
