Inside Sales Representative (Contract-Based) - Colombia

NeoWork is on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our vibrant sales team in Colombia. This role is crucial for generating new business and nurturing relationships with our valued clients.

As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online meetings, while effectively managing the entire sales process. You will play a key role in promoting our innovative solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales. This is a contract position for 4 months with a possibility of extension based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations to potential customers
  • Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in CRM
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to provide insights and competitive advantage

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales or a relevant position
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Result-oriented mindset with evidence of achieved sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions
  • Stable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop.
  • Familiarity with Office 360 and Google Apps is a plus.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $4,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 per month, depending on experience
  • In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives/commissions are provided.
  • The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
