Role: Inside Sales Executive - Female
Department: Sales
Full Time with Benefits.
Weekdays : 5 Days(Sunday to Thursday) - Friday and Saturday Week off.
Timings: 10:30AM - 7:30 PM IST.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
A platform is as good as the aggression the team shows in growing it, from users to features. This role is all about that aggression. This is an opportunity for you to be a key part of building a successful Inside Sales team.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Customer Acquisition: Reach out to untapped potential enterprise customers through cold outreach and structured digital marketing efforts to understand and solve their challenges in hiring the right talent.
Lead Generation: You will get hands on experience in using modern tools like LinkedIn sales navigator to generate high potential leads.
Goal-Driven: Always meet the specified targets of market outreach and drive end-to-end sales.

 

 

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills: Should be able to converse fluently in English

An Extrovert: The ability to virtually socialize and strike a conversation is of utmost importance

A Hustler: Self-driven, perseverance and a go-getter

Experience: Fresh graduates can also apply

 

 

Incentives: Sales commission on every closed deal.
