We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Licensing Coordinator for our Head Office Branch to support members of our Licensing team! This role can be located out of Toronto or Calgary!

A Day in the Life:

  • Enter, record and track all client purchase orders in BOSS system and reconcile open order reports
  • Generate reports and pricelist in MS Explore tool for internal and external clients
  • Become proficient with our ERP, SYNC portal and SharePoint solutions to track process software transactions, track customer activities and software contract deliverables
  • Quote and order products and licenses
  • Create and deliver customer requested reports
  • Create and deliver vendor reports and serial number verification reports as required
  • Help to maintain customer renewals database within the CRM and SYNC portal systems
  • Update the SYNC portal database with existing and net new client information
  • Upload client order confirmations for Microsoft, Cisco, Adobe, and Symantec
  • Verify, review and ensure that all database records are accurate and match the vendor provided information prior to uploading

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of administration experience
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Team-orientated mindset combined with the ability to work independently
