We’re seeking a detail-oriented and independent Customer Service Representative to handle customer questionnaires on compliance, quality, and product-related topics. You’ll explore areas like environmental regulations (e.g., PFAS, Prop65), quality standards (ISO9001), and ESG, working with legal, quality, and procurement teams to gather and document the required information and reply to our customers and partners.
