What you will do:
The Inside Sales Agent ake calls as directed, update CRM software, set appointments, follow up, update spreadsheets, and complete daily reports.
Work a scheduled 40 hour week
Contact all incoming leads by calling, texting and identify prospective agents
Cultivate relationships to convert inbound leads into appointments
Conducts consultative phone interviews to detect needs with prospective agents
Connect leads to agents when necessary
Mastery and consistent improvement of scripts, techniques, and communication skills
Manage contact database system throughout the life cycle of the lead cultivation process
Update spreadsheets and call results/stats reports daily
Attend company meetings/training/coaching sessions as directed by supervisor
Accountability Project-Accountability calls for Agent Attraction leads, follow up, nurturing.

How you will grab our attention:
High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience
1-2 years experience of outbound calling
Associate's degree preferred
2+ years of experience with inside sales preferred
2+ years of experience in the real estate industry preferred
Experience in providing excellent customer service including conflict resolution, objection handling, and problem-solving required
Advanced Google Suite experience required
Strong skill set of CRM systems required
Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form.
Self-motivated, disciplined and directed.
Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.
Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
