We currently have an opportunity for an Inside Sales based Account Manager to join our Property sales team in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland). As an Inside Sales Account Manager you'll be building and nurturing relationships with our property clients through phone and email communication, focussing on retention and product adoption of an allocated portfolio of customers.
This is an awesome opportunity for someone with a go getter attitude and some sales experience behind them to grow their Account Management career within a high performing and supportive sales team.

* As a desk-based Account Manager you'll build and nurture relationships across your portfolio of clients by phone and email.
* Explore the needs of your clients and their individual businesses and seek out where you can deliver further value to best help them achieve results.
* Become a Real Estate Industry expert, leveraging Trade Me Property data to provide next-level market intelligence to your clients.
* Look for opportunities to partner with your accounts and increase their depth adoption.
* Contribute to a winning team by bringing your unique streak of brilliance to internal meetings, workshops and daily conversation.
What you will bring to our team:
* A background in outbound/inbound sales or a similar role.
* An understanding of the real estate industry would be awesome,, but this isn't a necessity.
* Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone/video conference calls.
* A great attitude - you'll have tonnes of patience and positive vibes for our customers.
* The ability to prioritise and self-start in a fast paced environment.
* You're a team player who shares ideas, and contributes to team goals and objectives.
* We are looking for a relationship builder. You'll be someone who has a strong sense of responsibility to drive revenue and client growth within your portfolio.
