Inside Sales Account Manager - Chemistry/Diagnostics - UK

  • Meet or exceed the defined territory sales plan and accurately forecast sales performance.
  • Conduct daily outbound telephone calls and communicate via email to various levels and departments within client accounts where purchasing decisions are made.
  • Seize training opportunities to gain comprehensive knowledge of clinical solutions, enabling proactive identification of new opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strong organizational skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, achieving organizational objectives, managing sales territory activities, and communicating efforts clearly.
  • Understand the competitive landscape within client accounts to position comparable or superior product offerings.
  • Relay key competitive activities, market trends, and evolving customer preferences to the organization.
  • Utilize available data sources to analyze and prioritize sales opportunities based on return on investment.
  • Support marketing initiatives and engage actively in sales challenges as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Complete assigned tasks and reports accurately and in a timely manner, maximizing productivity during key selling periods.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Extensive B2B sales experience required.
  • Significant experience (5-10 years) working in the clinical market (IVD or life sciences) with liquid chromatography and/or Mass Spectrometry instruments.
  • Substantial experience (5+ years) in Chemistry and/or Reagent Sales.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., French, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish) is advantageous.
