Inside Sales Account Manager - Bioprocessing

Luminary Group is partnered with a world leading bioprocessing company seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory and existing customer accounts. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their bioprocessing requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to customers.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM system.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the laboratory/scientific industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of bioprocessing technologies, products, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, biotechnology, or related field.
