What we’re looking for:
The Account Executive 1 will be responsible for marketing renewable energy products and services to commercial customers. This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how the company’s offerings can meet those needs. The agent will work to achieve individual sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. This opportunity will start as a contractor, providing you with an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills with the goal of transitioning into a full-time employee within your first 90 days.

What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation
- Conduct outbound calls to commercial prospects to promote and sell Arcadia products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team sales goals.
- Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Provide detailed information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and support.
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Implement sales strategies to reach targeted customers and increase conversion rates.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

What we’re looking for:
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity meaning this role will be temporary and have the potential to convert to a full-time opportunity. The Sales Manager, commercial will build and oversee a team of Business-to-Business Sales Representatives focused on generating sales to commercial customers. The manager is responsible for coaching and developing Sales Representatives, maintaining the operating structure, and leading the team towards achieving sales quotas. This role involves providing leadership to achieve sales objectives, operational enhancements, process compliance, and collaboration within the team and across the sales channel.

Must-haves:

The Target Annual Compensation for this contract will be a base salary of $70K and a commission $120K. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
