ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Inside Account Executives are vital in building and managing relationships with new and strategic customers at Wind River. You will focus on renewing existing business while generating new leads in your region through prospecting. After closing new deals, you will also pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

A team of colleagues across Wind River will support you in achieving your revenue goals. This will include pre-sales technical experts, professional services, management, post-sales technical support and dedicated sales administration. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across Wind River Account Managers who address complex business and engineering issues with our customers. Field Application Engineers who craft technical solutions for our customers. Various internal departments to craft a complete deal packet.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is currently $88,000 to $101,200 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $92,600 to $106,520 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
