Innovation Product Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Innovation Product Manager to drive new growth initiatives. This cross-functional role blends project management, product execution, and product marketing. You’ll be responsible for running end-to-end rapid validation processes for new product concepts, coordinating between R&D, marketing, and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Own new features and full products end-to-end: from concept, research, and definition to supervising design, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and detailed wireframes.
• Build and manage landing pages, email campaigns, and messaging for market tests, including copy creation and market positioning.
• Analyze test results and iterate ideas based on real user feedback.
• Explore new ways to engage users in the space of family history and belonging.
• Drive end-to-end execution of innovation projects with a strong MVP mindset, ensuring timely progress, clear priorities, and strong alignment across teams.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Computer Science/ Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in product management, growth, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Strong can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and frequent context shifts.
• Hands-on product marketing or marketing experience — able to draft messaging, write key email copy, set up and manage email campaigns, and create landing pages (e.g., using Webflow, WordPress, or similar tools).
• Product management experience in fast-growing or startup companies.
