We are looking for an Innovation Ecosystem Manager for Digital Catapult’s flagship Digital Supply Chains Hub (DSCH). The role will take responsibility for managing a series of activities in relation to the DSCH virtual hub platform, ensuring the successful operation of the DSCH tools and assets to enable the development of a vibrant community. 

The role will oversee the health and growth of the DSCH online communities, ensuring they are engaging and valuable spaces for discussions, collaboration and connection. The role involves curating and moderating content, engaging with ecosystem members, developing and executing strategies to boost engagement, feeding back ecosystem insights into the wider DSCH strategy, and capturing and disseminating the value and impact of the virtual hub platform. 

This role is a 12-Month FTC

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Duties)

  • Collaborate with DSCH team members to develop and implement community engagement strategies to grow user base and boost engagement
  • Management and moderation of the DSCH online communities and ensuring that that requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key community members and encourage them to contribute 
  • Monitor and analyse key themes and providing regular feedback and recommendations to the team (user sentiment, concerns, suggestions) 
  • Monitor KPIs and analyse community metrics and report on insights to boost user engagement and community health, and report on issues and risks to the Programme leadership team
  • Organise and manage online community events (webinars, updates, etc.) to increase engagement, and managing the recruitment of appreciate contributors to these events

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (Experience)

  • Proven experience in online community and innovation ecosystem management, forum moderation, or a similar role. Strong understanding of online community platforms and engagement best practices (experience with community software, CRM, analytic tools).
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and multi-tasking skills, with a creative, optimistic and flexible attitude. Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly organised, able to look ahead and ensure that interdependent activities are completed to ensure adherence to schedule.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships. Strong at presenting, facilitating and leading stakeholder meetings.
  • Familiarity with social media, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge and experience in supply chains innovation an advantage
