As an innovation business developer at WallPay, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the payment industry. You will work closely with the product and technical teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your role will be to drive strategic partnerships, expand our customer base, and develop new business lines that will contribute to the growth of WallPay.
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the payment industry.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine value propositions tailored to target customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and industry stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to gather insights and inform decision-making.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA especially in finance is preferred).
- Proven track record in business development
- Prior experience in the payment industry or fintech industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
