We’re seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional to support sophisticated IT systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. With experience in technical support or a Service Desk role, you’ll play a key part in resolving issues and ensuring seamless operations. Your excellent communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will shine as you collaborate with clients and our technical teams to deliver outstanding results

  • Technical Servicedesk or Helpdesk support experience at Level 1
  • IT systems administration
  • Network support and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Active Directory and Entra Services
  • Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environments
  • A range of Microsoft Operating Systems and other products
  • Familiarity with HP hardware build and configuration
  • VMWare Virtualisation technologies
  • Understanding of ITIL-based support processes
