What you will do as an I.T Administrator @Plaisio:
💻 Installation of workstations (computers) and the necessary peripheral devices
💻 Monitoring the performance and ensuring the availability - reliability of networks (Local & Cloud)
💻 User management & providing technical support, training new system users, and creating their accounts
💻 Remote on-site troubleshooting and troubleshooting
💻 Checking computer equipment (hard drives, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure its functionality
How you match:
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
🎯 At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
🎯 Excellent knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and their administration.
🎯 High attention to detail
🎯 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
