As an Information Security Manager at Lucidya, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the organization's information security program. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to protect Lucidya's information assets from potential risks and threats.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the information security program, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
- Implement and manage security controls and technologies.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications.
- Prior experience in information security management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, standards, and best practices.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, PDPL, SOC2, NCA).
