What you'll do:
- Cyber Intelligence: Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and trends to proactively identify potential risks to our systems.
- Threat Management: Assess and prioritize security threats and vulnerabilities, and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.
- Incident Response: Lead the response to security incidents, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
- Security Awareness: Develop and deliver security training programs to promote a culture of security awareness among employees.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such GDPR (LGPD).
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related field.
- Proven experience in information security, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and frameworks.
- Experience with security technologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
