If you are an experienced Information & Records Manager with exposure to leveraging SharePoint and associated technologies to deliver data management and modernisation solutions, our Technical Data Services team have a newly created opportunity to take that next step in your career.

You will join an experienced team who are regularly engaged on significant programmes of work with a range of enterprise customers. If you are a self-motivated professional with a passion for Information Management and SharePoint, we would love to hear from you.

Here's what the role will look like:

  • Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to SharePoint processes and workflows.
  • SharePoint Administration: Managing and maintaining SharePoint Online environments to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Content Management: Organizing, structuring, and managing content within SharePoint sites to facilitate easy access and usability. This role will also support significant data rationalization and transition projects.
  • Information Governance: Implementing and enforcing information governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Training and Support: Providing guidance and support to users on SharePoint features and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Significant experience working with SharePoint, including SharePoint Online and migration tools such as ShareGate
  • In-depth understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities.
  • Proven experience in information management, including content organization and governance.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, workflows, and permissions.
  • Adept at working collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption of SharePoint solutions.
