Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the brand marketing team to develop and execute influencer strategies that align with Solidigm’s overall brand objectives. Ensure all influencer activities support our broader marketing campaigns and key business goals.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers, content creators, agencies, and other partners. Work with these external partners and internal teams to create brand-building opportunities that resonate with our target audience.
- Influencer & Talent Scouting: Continuously scout for new influencers and content creators who align with Solidigm’s brand values and marketing needs. Build a diverse and dynamic roster that can engage with different segments of our audience.
- Outreach & Product Seeding: Lead strategic influencer outreach and product seeding campaigns. Ensure these initiatives are carefully targeted to maximize brand exposure and generate meaningful engagement.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across departments, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure influencer campaigns are integrated into wider marketing efforts. Support seamless execution and cross-channel consistency.
- Content Planning & Development: Contribute to the planning and creation of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with Solidigm’s brand voice. Ensure that influencer-generated content supports our marketing objectives and resonates with our audience.
- Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador at key events, trade shows, and online communities, engaging with fans, influencers, and partners to build strong brand loyalty.
- Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Implement robust measurement frameworks to track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts, ensuring they meet or exceed KPIs.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine influencer marketing strategies and tactics, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to keep Solidigm at the forefront of the market.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Detailed knowledge of market intelligence in the storage segment including trends, workloads and market dynamics.
- Broad Knowledge of data center infrastructure including server storage platforms.
- High level technical understanding of solid-state storage technologies.
- Solid communication skills and ability to learn and understand complex technology solutions.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills to produce stories.
- Strong relationship building skills including the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with different influencer types.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are needed in order to prioritize tasks in a very interrupt driven environment.
- BA degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing and talent management, with a proven track record of driving successful influencer campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence external partners.
- Deep understanding of social media best practices, influencer trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
- Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in data center and AI workloads
- Prior experience in marketing a hardware technology or SSDs
- Relative experience with technical content creation
For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $91,500 to $144,050. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
