Requirements
· Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Specialist or similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with influencers and internal stakeholders.
· Must be fluent in writing and communicating in English, Chinese and Malay.
· Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
· Solid negotiation and contract management skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
