As a part-time Influencer Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong online presence for the Carry1st Shop and games. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that resonate with global audiences. You will be tasked with scaling engagement through meaningful relationships with influencers across the African continent. In doing so, you’ll also grow Carry1st’s Creator Program and measure its unique impact on business objectives.
You will...
- Work on a best-in-class pan-African influencer marketing program
- Identify influencers and build sustained engagement with different gaming and lifestyle brands
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple campaigns at a time, from outreach and negotiation to content reviews, deliverables, campaign budgets, and goal setting
- Create, monitor and analyze social media performance metrics across Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter & more; follow a measurement & reporting structure to evaluate influencer impact across the organization
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to strategize, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns, aligned with driving brand awareness and engagement
- Coordinate with Community Managers, Growth Leads, Social Media Managers and Events teams with regards to influencers
Requirements
What makes you a great candidate?
- 2+ years of experience in influencer / content marketing
- Willing to work part-time (20 hours per week) on a six-month contract
- Strong understanding of content, creative and editorial skills
- Experience working with influencers, social analytics across channels and ability to summarize data into insights
- Self-driven and accountable with a high degree of ownership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
