About the Role

As an Influencer Campaign Management intern you will support our team of Influencer and Campaign Managers in collaborations with some of the best brands and influencers in the industry. You will gain in depth knowledge of our network of client relationships, talent agencies and creators. With this knowledge, you will oversee the optimal casting together with our influencer management team and support executing global campaigns in project teams. 

This intern role will be up to 50% focused on supporting our new creative space – The Creators Club – where we organise events, brand shoots, workshops, creator collaborations and more. 

Our ideal candidate is capable of overseeing and managing multiple campaigns and is willing to get their hands dirty in day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone who is very organised, structured and who is willing to go all the way for brand, influencers and client happiness. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.

In this role you will:

  • Keep an eye on influencer marketing trends;
  • Support The Creators Club core team on tasks such as preparing, hosting and overseeing shoots and events in our studio.
  • Support The Creators Club with creating social assets, as well as planning and updating the social media calendar; and community management. Editing skills are a plus! 
  • Assist the project team in the research of specific influencer personas for global castings;
  • Liaise with influencers directly on various campaigns under the supervision of the influencer manager;
  • Support building creative campaign briefings;
  • Help in planning and organising tailor-made campaigns;
  • Support in the execution/management of campaigns for our clients incl. photoshoots and productions; 
  • Monitor the performance of the influencer selection throughout the duration of campaigns;
  • Add new influencers and agencies to our database and keep our software platform up to date; 
  • Research and identify key influencers and online media in designated verticals and social platforms.
  • Contribute to the idea generation process & development of new campaign concepts.

 

Experience you already have:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters related degree program in marketing, communication or similar;
  • Passion for digital, social and influencer marketing; 
  • Follows influencers, creators and industry insights; 
  • Radiates positive energy;
  • Gets things done under tight deadlines;
  • Organised and structured;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while paying strict attention to detail;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, other languages are a plus.
