About the Role:
As the Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Team Manager at Omnisend, you’ll lead our affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives, driving growth and success for our partners. In this role, you’ll oversee the development of relationships with influencers and affiliate partners, and guide a team to execute data-driven strategies that increase brand visibility and boost revenue. Your expertise will help ensure Omnisend maintains a strong presence in the ecommerce ecosystem, consistently delivering value to our partners and customers.
What You’ll Do at Omnisend:

Lead and Mentor a Team: Manage a team of affiliate and influencer marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth;

Drive Affiliate Recruitment: Develop strategies for affiliate partner acquisition by leveraging research, referrals, networking, and other channels;

Maximize Partner Performance: Cultivate meaningful relationships with affiliate partners to drive revenue growth, focusing on quality partnerships and performance optimization;

Manage Campaigns and Content: Oversee the creation of affiliate marketing assets, promotional materials, and content to support campaign objectives, traffic, and conversion goals;

Monitor Performance: Track and analyze key metrics to optimize influencer and affiliate campaigns, leveraging data insights to drive decision-making;

Foster Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between affiliate partners, influencers, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication;

Share Program Updates: Lead the creation of newsletters, update emails, and other content to keep partners informed of product updates, program changes, and performance insights;

Set and Achieve OKRs: Establish and monitor team OKRs, contributing to organizational growth by meeting quarterly goals.
We expect that you’ll bring:

Experienced Leader: 3+ years of experience in affiliate, influencers marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams;

Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated success in building and scaling affiliate and influencer marketing programs, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships;

Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in tracking tools, data analysis, and using data to identify trends and optimize affiliate performance;

Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas to internal and external stakeholders;
