●The position will be responsible for a wide range of activities from market development to order receipt and contract execution for lunar transportation services in the Indo-Pacific region including Japan.
●You will have a chance to work with space agencies such as NASA and JAXA, as well as with the world's most advanced research institutes.

Key Responsibilities

  • 下記業務をプロジェクトマネージャーとして主体的にリード頂きます。
  • 1) 新規顧客開拓:国内外のカンファレンスや展示会でのリード顧客獲得に向けたネットワーキングやプレゼンの実施、その他マーケティング活動等
  • 2) 新規・既存顧客への提案営業:各国の宇宙政策やターゲット顧客の中期経営計画等のハイレベルな情報を踏まえた営業戦略の策定および実行
  • 3) 入札対応:入札書類準備に関するプロジェクトマネジメント。競合分析、プライシング、提案書ストーリー等の検討や社内での決裁取得業務を含む。
  • 4) 契約交渉:顧客との契約条件の交渉
  • 5) 受注案件の履行:顧客との各種インターフェイス調整、契約マイルストン管理等を含むプロジェクトマネジメント業務全般
  • ※上記1)-5)を実行する上での海外拠点含む社内関係者との連携(技術、法務、ファイナンス等)

  • You will proactively lead the following tasks as a project manager
  • 1) New customer acquisition: Networking and presentations at domestic and international conferences and exhibitions to acquire lead customers, other marketing activities, etc.
  • 2) Proposal sales to new and existing clients: Development and execution of sales strategies based on high-level information such as space policies of each country and mid-term business plans of target clients.
  • 3) Bidding support: Project management related to preparation of bidding documents. This includes competitive analysis, pricing, review of proposal stories, etc., and obtaining internal approvals.
  • 4) Contract negotiation: Negotiation of contract terms and conditions with the client.
  • 5) Execution of awarded projects: Overall project management including coordination of various interfaces with clients, contract milestone management, etc.
  • Execution of the above 1)-5): Liaison with internal parties including overseas offices (technical, legal, finance, etc.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)

  • 顧客との複雑な仕様調整や契約条件交渉を伴う案件の事業開発、セールス、インプリメンテーション等でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験 (宇宙機のインテグレーション、プラントやインフラ設備の建設、産業設備の据付等)
  • 事業開発、営業または関連領域における5年以上の経験
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語

  • Project management experience in business development, sales, and implementation of projects involving complex specification coordination and contract negotiation with customers (spacecraft integration, plant and infrastructure construction, industrial equipment installation, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or related area
  • Business level Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)

  • 数十億円規模以上の大型入札案件の提案とりまとめ、受注経験があると尚可
  • JBIC/JICAの制度を活用した顧客向けファイナンスを組成した経験があると尚可
  • 日本政府や外国政府と連携して国際協調案件を組成した経験があると尚可

  • Experience in proposal coordination and awarding large scale bidding projects worth billions of yen or more
  • Experience in structuring financing for clients utilizing JBIC/JICA schemes
  • Experience in structuring internationally coordinated projects in cooperation with Japanese and foreign governments
