●The position will be responsible for a wide range of activities from market development to order receipt and contract execution for lunar transportation services in the Indo-Pacific region including Japan.
●You will have a chance to work with space agencies such as NASA and JAXA, as well as with the world's most advanced research institutes.
●You can experience the real excitement of having a payload (cargo) from a project you were in charge of delivered to the moon.

Key Responsibilities

  • 下記業務をSales Associateとしてリードまたは他メンバーをサポート頂きます。
  • 1) マーケティング:国内外カンファレンスや展示会の出展対応、社内外コーディネーション、販促資料の準備等。
  • その他ウェブサイト、ニュースレター、ウェビナー等を活用した各種マーケティング施策の企画及び実行。
  • 2) 営業:営業資料の作成、面談アポの取得、顧客へのプレゼンテーション、NDA等の契約書類の締結等。
  • また、それに関わる社内調整や社内申請の実施。
  • 3) その他、チーム内および関係部署間での業務プロセスの見える化・仕組み化、実行等。

  • As a Sales Associate, you will support the lead or other members in the following tasks
  •  1) Marketing: Exhibiting at domestic and international conferences and exhibitions, coordinating internally and externally,
  • preparing sales promotion materials, Planning and executing various marketing initiatives utilizing websites, newsletters,
  • webinars, etc.
  •  2) Sales: Preparation of sales materials, obtaining appointments for interviews, making presentations to customers, and concluding
  • NDAs and other contract documents.
  • 3) Visualization, structuring, and implementation of other business processes within the team and among related departments, etc.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)

  • 顧客との複雑な仕様調整や契約条件交渉を伴う案件の事業開発、セールス、インプリメンテーション等でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験 (宇宙機のインテグレーション、プラントやインフラ設備の建設、産業設備の据付等)
  • 事業開発、営業または関連領域における5年程度の経験

  • Project management experience in business development, sales, and implementation of projects involving complex specification coordination and contract negotiation with customers (spacecraft integration, plant and infrastructure construction, industrial equipment installation, etc.)
  • Business level Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)

  • 数十億円規模以上の大型入札案件の提案とりまとめ、受注経験があると尚可
  • JBIC/JICAの制度を活用した顧客向けファイナンスを組成した経験があると尚可
  • 日本政府や外国政府と連携して国際協調案件を組成した経験があると尚可
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語

  • Experience in proposal coordination and awarding large scale bidding projects worth billions of yen or more
  • Experience in structuring financing for clients utilizing JBIC/JICA schemes
  • Experience in structuring internationally coordinated projects in cooperation with Japanese and foreign governments
