Role
The Inbound Sales Associate is a member of an Inbound Vendor Sales team within the Paymode-X Vendor Sales organization that is responsible for high call volume Inbound call/ email handling to facilitate Enrollment in Paymode-X. The Paymode-X Vendor Sales team is a fast-paced, energetic team dedicated to growing our industry, leading Paymode-X business to business settlement network primarily through net new Vendor Enrollments.
Inbound Sales Associate work directly with potential members to enroll them in the Paymode-X service by presenting the benefits of the Paymode-X payment settlement network. The Inbound Vendor Enrollment Associate is well versed in and able to successfully position all payment types available for prospective Vendor organizations.
What will make you successful:

Processing a high volume of inbound phone and email inquiries with 90+% of each working day spent on live calls.

Converting Vendor leads to enrollments across all current and future payment method offerings, with priority given to revenue generative methods.

Assisting Vendors with questions related to the enrollment process.

Effectively educating Vendors on the various aspects of the Paymode-X service to drive enrollment in the Paymode-X network.

Present product value propositions in a concise and understandable manner for an audience that includes varying levels of financial services expertise.

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all enrollment activities.

Develops strong relationships with other teams to build collaboration and identify potential opportunities to improve efficiencies and process.

Has the ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, and possess superior organization and time management skills.
