We're currently looking for an Inbound SDR team to support our Inbound team (5 reps). You will be responsible for increasing the pipeline value coming from Inbound activities, generating highly qualified and relevant meetings with potential clients. You’ll have to work in close collaboration with the Inbound marketing team to ensure continuous feedback and improvement in the way we generate leads. This position will report to the Sr. Director of B2B growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Have a detailed knowledge of the Preply Business offerings and the way our B2B marketing team operates to generate Leads in our main markets
- Enhance conversion rate from Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales opportunity of our Demo requests.
- Support the team on generating sales opportunities from lower intent leads coming other marketing initiatives (Product-led growth, events, referrals) to expand month over month our overall pipeline value
- Establish the guidelines and actionables for an Account Based Motion on companies that arrives through Inbound requests but didn’t convert in the past
- Create monthly and quarterly goals for your SDR team, based on historical data and possibility of expansion, in order to increase the team’s performance, SQLs numbers and impact on revenue.
- Apply and improve our Inbound Playbook for continued team effectiveness.
- Preparing leads lists for your team to reactivate leads worked in the past, using Enrichment tools to provide accurate information for your SDR team
- Foster team growth with coaching on calls, messages, and emails; offer feedback through one-on-one and group training sessions.
- Track performance with detailed reporting to provide insights on individual and team progress, supporting target attainment and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, social media outreach, and other documents as required.
What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience managing an inbound team or demonstrated success as a Senior Inbound SDR with close collaboration with marketing teams.
- Passion for team collaboration, coaching and seeing others succeed - ability to lead training sessions for SDR’s
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment, with familiarity across key channels, metrics, and strategies.
- Data driven mindset, you base your team’s results on clear metrics and you are able to create reports and display data to teams in multiple seniority levels
- Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot or similar CRM tools for sales operations
- Solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end projects and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Self starter and motivated to learn and grow as a sales leader
- Someone interested in working in a collaborative and international environment
- You are used to working with enrichment softwares as Zoominfo or Lusha to get more data from your Inbound leads
- Experience in B2B companies that also have a B2C business is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker
