Are you ready to step into the heart of our growth engine and fuel the next phase of n8n's evolution? As our first Inbound Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to scale our Enterprise offering and building our SDR team! We have a team of 3 Account Executives, led by our talented VP Sales 🚀

Your mission, if you accept it, will be to:

  • Engage Leads Dynamically: Initiate authentic conversations with inbound leads across multiple channels—phone, email, and social media—to spark genuine interest in n8n's solutions.
  • Uncover Opportunities: Dive deep into qualification and discovery conversations to unearth lead pain points, needs, and desires, identifying perfect fits for n8n's transformative offerings.
  • Ensure Seamless Handoffs: Work hand in hand with our Account Executives superheroes, providing them with rich lead insights for smooth transitions and lightning-fast deal closures.
  • Data Mastery: Keep our Pipedrive CRM shipshape with meticulous record-keeping, while delivering insightful reports that steer our strategies towards success.
  • Grow Continuously: Stay ahead of the curve by immersing yourself in industry trends, training opportunities, and feedback loops, always hungry to level up.
  • Impactful Collaboration: Team up with fellow innovators to drive strategic growth initiatives, infusing your insights into every facet of our journey—from product marketing to user experience enhancements.

Your schedule will look like this:

  • 40% reaching out to leads via phone
  • 20% reaching out to leads via email or social media
  • 20% conducting prospect meetings
  • 20% admin tasks (CRM updates, follow-ups, operational improvements, etc.)

Requirements

Must-have

  • You’re based in Berlin or open to relocating there
  • Experience as a former top-performing SDR or team lead
  • High business acumen
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, crucial for managing a high volume of leads and administrative tasks.
  • A results-driven mindset with a hunger for exceeding targets and driving tangible outcomes
  • Structured approach to sales

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with MEDDIC / MEDDPIC
  • Educational background in a Business School
  • Top-notch prioritization skills
  • Previous SDR experience focused on inbound
