Position Details (What will you be doing?)

The In-Store Representative (ISR) builds and maintains relationships and brand awareness with local store management and personnel at store locations across all channels. The ISR also ensures we are well represented within each location by evaluating site locations/placements based on visibility and traffic flows, as well as by testing the functionality of the kiosk and evaluating its condition. Additionally, the ISR acts as a brand ambassador, educating store leadership and employees, assisting customers, promoting the business, and gathering feedback and insights from our retail partners and customers.

Job Responsibilities Include:

· Visiting sites regularly/as scheduled to verify and ensure the optimal location, health, and performance of ecoATM kiosks, while keeping daily records of visits made, issues found, and issues resolved and providing regular reporting to the ISR leadership team.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of kiosk placements in the store to ensure maximum visibility and ease of transaction for customer. Work with store management to achieve best placement approval and resolve temporary placement issues. Communicate any issues or recommendations to key account management and ISR team leadership.

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with store/location management and associates providing training and building store employee awareness, gathering information on local store performance, facilitating resolution of problems or concerns, and ensuring site compliance for ecoATM to maximize kiosk profitability.

· Being the ‘first contact’ with store management at newly installed locations, with new channel partners and in new markets, introducing the kiosk with a demo and educating store personnel on our business, documenting placement and reporting issues to account management, machine support and ISR leadership.

· Engaging with and providing support and technical assistance to ecoATM customers at our kiosks. Reporting customer issues and concerns to ecoATM customer & technical support and team leadership.

· Providing feedback to internal teams on observed customer experiences and impressions, as the “voice of the customer” as directed.

· Perform customer-focused engagement events at stores or other locations as directed by management.

· Conduct test transactions and other kiosk tests as needed to ensure machine is operating properly, reporting issues to tech support and documenting in a timely manner.

· Evaluate kiosk physical condition and cleanliness and report issues and deficiencies to internal teams.

· Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on kiosks as needed, using provided tools and parts.

· Efficiently plan and schedule all store visits using reporting and planning tools and following established policies and direction from leadership.

· Maintain an awareness of site, kiosk, personal and driving safety, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately.

· Performing additional responsibilities and projects as directed by leadership.

 

Education & Experience (What education and experience will you need to be successful?)

· High School Diploma or equivalent required for all candidates.

· 5-7 years of customer facing sales/customer service experience is required.

· Wireless or technology retail sales/customer service experience a plus

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (What knowledge, skills and abilities will you need to be successful?)

 

· Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills; reliability and accuracy are essential. Must be motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.

· Must possess superior customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, store management, technical support agents and company leadership.

· Must possess superb organizational and time management skills.

· Must demonstrate excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Must have basic to intermediate understanding of computers and consumer electronics and possess basic software system aptitude and knowledge.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams and MS PowerPoint required.

· Candidate must have and maintain an adequately insured, registered and reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license (Real ID compliant for TSA/travel by plane) and a clean driving record.

· Must have the ability to store up to 50 (4ft x 4ft x 3ft) cubic feet of company property and supplies within personal vehicle and residence.

· Candidates must pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record checks (3 years) and will be subject to a continuous MVR check for ongoing violations.

· Candidates must possess a smartphone.

· Flexible hours are required. Schedule is typically 40/hours per week with limited overtime.

· Candidate should be available to work some nights and weekends as required for special projects and/or customer engagement activities.

· Candidate will be required to sign and agree to the Company Driver Safety and Reporting Policy.

 

Business Travel (How much will you travel?)

· Travel to stores within home market by car is required daily through the Dallas/Ft Worth Texas area 

· Some overnight travel via plane and/or car is required. (</= 25%.)

Pay Range (How much might you earn in your base salary?)

$21.63 - $26.44 (hourly)

 

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
