We are looking for an In-House Legal Counsel to support our Head of Legal. Supporting and advising on all legal matters, you will be a trusted voice for all critical business decisions. With your days varying from commercial contracts through all stages, you thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
By joining us, you will contribute to solving their key challenges of developing Huma’s legal infrastructure and creatively issue spotting as we expand into new ventures.
Your mission
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and close diverse commercial contracts (including NDA’s, MOU’s, MSAs, SOWs, Work Orders, etc.) with partners, suppliers and customers
- Happily dive into other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
From day one in this role we’ll expect to you to have
- Experience in commercial/corporate law, either within a law firm or an in-house legal team
- A “roll-up your sleeves” attitude, with a keen willingness to proactively help on all legal topics - no project is too big or small for you
- Excellent judgement; intellectual curiosity with the ability to balance legal and business requirements
- LLB, GDL and LPC qualifications
